About Silvia Baldwin
I have been a full-time English to Spanish translator and proofreader since 2005, specializing in legal, financial and medical documents. I am a native Spanish speaker, who grew up in Argentina and now lives in the US in New Jersey. My formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies from the National University of Catamarca, Argentina (UNCa). Working with translation companies and direct clients, I combine my language experience--honed as an in-house translator and proofreader in Argentina--with my expert-level knowledge of the subject matter that I translate. I am a member of the International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (IAPTI) and the American Translators Association (ATA).
